Criminal law concerns itself with crimes, which are prohibited by statute and prosecuted by the state. We have represented accused persons by way of either written representations to the relevant authorities in criminal cases or if necessary, by making representations in the Courts and acting for clients in criminal trials and appeals. We have represented clients in a wide range of cases involving offences under the Singapore Penal Code and other statutes such as those involving copyright Infringement, immigration offences, traffic offences, offences against persons and property, Commercial Affairs Department offences such as criminal breach of trust and forgery, falsification of accounts, cheating and fraud, thefts, drug offences and outrage of modesty.
